I have run same experiment at ECMWF and have got the same error :
the experiment is located here:

Hi Suleiman,

I have replicated your results using the "chemgas" source code. My nested rshu_t05 is failing in Bdries. A couple of observations:

1. The analysis LBC (ma${DTG}00m) file is processed OK. This input file contains 260 GRIB fields.
2. The subsequent forecast LBC files (mf${DTG}${HH}m) fail in Bdries. These files contain 1239 GRIB fields. My initial suspicion is that this larger number of GRIB fields could be causing problems. Running a simple grib_ls on the file show that it does contain "1 105 0".

I will continue to investigate.

thanks for your help once again:
as far as i anderstood mf*m files equal to fc* files
i used wgrib :
wgrib fc20101105_00+009 | grep -i "kpds5=1:kpds6=105:kpds7=0"
and it showed :
3:21840:d=10110500:PRES:kpds5=1:kpds6=105:kpds7=0:TR=0:P1=9:P2=0:TimeU=1:0 m above gnd:9hr fcst:NAve=0
so in this stage the pressure's field is available.

also i have tested with wgrib the mf201011050009m and have got the same result
wgrib mf201011050009m | grep -i "kpds5=1:kpds6=105:kpds7=0"
